Hot, spicy and warming. The taste is very good. Great to sip when you are down with flu or cold, as it helps you feel much better. Blends well with other flavoured schnappses.

Heather Honey Schnapps

Lemon Thyme Schnapps
Very fine, round and soft. Serve with fish, chicken, lamb, soup and vegetables. Or add it to any barbecue sauce or dish where you would normally use lemon thyme.

Liquorice (Licorice) Schnapps

Strong, spicy, and highly aromatic. Blends very well with basil, thyme, or peppermint schnapps. Excellent when used to flambé meat and fish dishes - or added to dishes, where you would normally use rosemary.
Has a fine sweet-acid taste with notes of crabapple, rose hip and strawberry. The colour is pale red. Serve with venison meat, pork and poultry. Or add it to jellies, sauces and stews.
Saint John's Wort Schnapps
Has a deep red colour, and a wonderful taste of strawberry, vanilla and dark spices. A very fine schnapps. Serve with mussels, shrimps, lobsters, cheese or cheese cakes.
Sea Buckthorn Schnapps
Has a very special, sweet-acid taste and a beautiful golden colour. Some people don't like it, while others praise it highly. Serve with a variety of foods or as after-dinner drink.
Sea Wormwood Schnapps
Very old, traditional and popular schnapps here in Denmark. It has a pleasant bitter, aromatic and characteristic taste and unique flavours. The colour is pale green.

Star Anise Schnapps
Soft, sweetish and very aromatic with a fine taste of liquorice. The colour is light brown. Excellent as appetizer - or served with fish, chicken, beef, pork, duck, soup or stew.
Stinging Nettle Schnapps
Pleasant bitter, aromatic and characteristic taste. Excellent as appetizer or after-dinner drink. Or served with pork, beef, smoked and marinated herrings, smoked salmons, and dishes with rice, mushrooms or pasta.

Sweet Cicely Schnapps
Spicy and highly aromatic schnapps with taste and flavours of anise and liquorice. Tastes almost like the Greek ouzo. Enjoy on its own as appetizer, or serve with a variety of foods.
Sweet Gale Schnapps
One of the most popular schnappses in Denmark and other Scandinavian countries. Enjoy it on its own - or serve with seafood, soups, stews or cold dishes (smorgasbord).
Sweet Woodruff Schnapps
Has a verdigris green colour changing to light yellow after some time. Sweet, aromatic and enjoyable flavours, and taste of woods and flowers. Very good as appetizer.
Sweet, spicy, and highly aromatic with fine notes of liquorice or anise. It has a beautiful golden colour. Very good as appetizer. Blends very well with many other herbal schnappses.
